Instructions
  1. Use kief or take Cannabis flower, place in a fine sieve metal strainer over a bowl and rub flower until fine particles go into bowl. In a dry medium saute pan, at medium high heat, toast sunflower seeds until golden brown, stirring frequently, for approximately 6 minutes.

  3. Remove from heat and immediately stir in finely ground cannabis. Stir for 1 minute
  4. When cannabis becomes aromatic and wisps of smoke arise, add honey and stir until the honey completely coats the seeds and cannabis. Stir very well to evenly distribute cannabis infused honey.
  5. Remove from heat and lightly press into pan or molds with the back of a spoon. Sprinkle evenly with salt. Press again.
  6. Allow to cool completely. If cooled in pan, return to low heat until bar releases, then pop onto plate.
  7. With any cannabis edible, it’s important to learn what dosage works for you, as different strains have different levels of THC. This recipe is based on marijuana with an approximate THC level of 20% We recommend starting with 1/4 to 1/2 of a serving to see how it affects you. Increase dosage from there.
